Problem using HTTP / HTTPS Readyshare

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. 

 

Does this happen in other browsers as well?

The problem is not the modem, that's why I specified that I did the test in HTTP on the LAN IP address (RS700)

    I wonder if we implemented the HTTP/HTTPS PUT function. We will look into it.

      Back to the R9000, to my unqualified user knowledge ....HTTP/HTTPS GET function only ... no full WebDAV

        Hi Taz40,

        I've confirmed with the engineering team. We do not support HTTP/HTTPS PUT function, we only support GET.
