Can you try the 5GHz set to channel 40 and mode "Up to 2.9 Gbps" to see if the connection becomes stable?

I downloaded WIFI analyzer tool and ran on laptop in same area where devices are not seeing 5GHz channel when things go afoul. Very noisy around channel 40. I set to channel 100. We will see. Thanks to all for advice.
