I have this exact problem. ISP is Superloop in Australia. Traceroute6 does not get past the WAN IPv6 interface.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

    Sorry for the late reply. I got locked out from my account and I just recovered my access now.

    I saw a support case on this, but I cannot understand what the issue is from our support agent's notes. The description is also general in this thread, Can you elaborate what the issue is?

    The RS700 does support IPv6 DHCP | Auto Config with prefix delegation.Did you try the Auto mode from the IPv6 settings to see what type is detected?
