Idk what Mfr is sorry but the modem is from Spectrum 400mbs is internet speed, modem is model EU2251
I have CAT7 Cables, wireless channels 2GHz is channel 1, 5GHz is 64 I think and 6GHz is 37. The protection engine is disabled and the netgear armor is disabled and I also disabled some called UMC something i cant remember right now what it was called if was in the security settings. My wifi sometimes just cuts off i could be watching netflix or gaming and it will randomly lag. I will try reverting back to the old firmware. Because before the update everything was fine.

Try channel 11 on 2.4, channel 50 on 5Ghz
Try enabling Protection Engine and make sure it updates to what is seen here while latest FW version is loaded:
Mfr = Manufacturer.
The EU2251 is a Hitron branded/Mfr model I believe.
- Camaxtli1207Jan 23, 2025ApprenticeMy routers 5GHz doesnt have a channel 50 only 36,40,44,48 then goes to 52(dfs)i attached a screen shot, also i remembered what i disabled its called, MU-MIMO. Someone told that disabling this would help with the internet connecting issue it worked for a bit but it went back to lagging again after a few days. Also i live in LA so i don’t know if the fires also have something to do with my connection. hope you al can help me with this issue 😞

Oops, Typo on my part. Sorry about that, ya, meant to say channel 40.
I would keep MIMO enabled.
Not sure if that event would impact issues. Hope your ok otherwise. 🙏
- Camaxtli1207Jan 23, 2025ApprenticeOkay I’ll try those settings ^_^ i’ll let then run for a week and come back with an update.

In addition to setting to channel 40 for the 5GHz, please also change the mode to "Up to 1.4Gbps" to avoid radar interference to see if that helps.
- Camaxtli1207Jan 25, 2025ApprenticeOkay i will try doing this too i will return in a week to test it out, with the previous setting it seemed to still randomly lag, I will try setting my 5GHz down to 1.4 and also my 2GHz to .4
- Camaxtli1207Jan 27, 2025ApprenticeWould setting my RS300 to 9.9.9.9 help my issue too you think?
- Camaxtli1207Jan 26, 2025ApprenticeI updated the setting you suggested, but I still keep having issues, I hope NG comes up with another update soon to fix this one, because I am now thinking of going back to my old Nighthawk (AC1900) router that one gave no issues at all and was easier to set up than this RS300; I spent $300+ on the RS300, now I am kinda regretting upgrading. The AC1900 never gave me issues I think I had it for 10+ years and it gave me flawless connections, so far the RS300 is falling short after only having it for a couple months.

Hi Camaxtli1207,
* When disconnection happened, could the device reach the router? e.g. accessing the routrer's web GUI?
* did you use same SSID for all the 3 bandss (2.4GHz, 5GHz, 6GHz)? can you try different SSID for different band and to connect all your devices to the 5GHz only (using ch 40 and "up to 1.4Gbps" mode)?
