In addition to setting to channel 40 for the 5GHz, please also change the mode to "Up to 1.4Gbps" to avoid radar interference to see if that helps.

I updated the setting you suggested, but I still keep having issues, I hope NG comes up with another update soon to fix this one, because I am now thinking of going back to my old Nighthawk (AC1900) router that one gave no issues at all and was easier to set up than this RS300; I spent $300+ on the RS300, now I am kinda regretting upgrading. The AC1900 never gave me issues I think I had it for 10+ years and it gave me flawless connections, so far the RS300 is falling short after only having it for a couple months.

Hi Camaxtli1207,
* When disconnection happened, could the device reach the router? e.g. accessing the routrer's web GUI?
* did you use same SSID for all the 3 bandss (2.4GHz, 5GHz, 6GHz)? can you try different SSID for different band and to connect all your devices to the 5GHz only (using ch 40 and "up to 1.4Gbps" mode)?

Yes the router was responding.

Yes, all I changed was the channels for the 3 bands

In the case where devices cannot access the internet but can access the router's Web GUI:
* check the Internet LED on the front panel, is it white, amber, or off?
* If the LED is not off, go to the Connect Status window from the Web GUI (a button on the Internet Port tile on the Advanced tab / Dashboard), check if there is IP address assigned? perform Release / Renew or Disconnect / Connect to see if the connect gets restored.
