In the case where devices cannot access the internet but can access the router's Web GUI:
* check the Internet LED on the front panel, is it white, amber, or off?
* If the LED is not off, go to the Connect Status window from the Web GUI (a button on the Internet Port tile on the Advanced tab / Dashboard), check if there is IP address assigned? perform Release / Renew or Disconnect / Connect to see if the connect gets restored.

I have done this and it connects successfully, but some 20 mins or so it disconnects again. I think the longest it has gone so far without issues is about a night and then it starts having issues again.

- Camaxtli1207Jan 30, 2025ApprenticeLooks like NG dropped the ball with the new updates, slowing down all routers n now they’re having problems. My rs300 is having connection issues and nothing i do is fixing it I’m going to go back to a AC1900 at this point that night hawk router never gave me issues in 10 years. This new wifi 7 rs300 is already having problems after only 4 months, I’m disappointed NG.
- Camaxtli1207Mar 24, 2025ApprenticeYes I have just waiting for a reply hopefully they give me a RMA code, because I have only had this router for 4 months and its acting up this badly, it was working fine for the first two months then all of a sudden starting acting up in Feb. Before the RS300 I had an older model of the nighthawk AC1900 and that one lasted 9 years before it started acting up. I hope i get the RMA ^_^
