I am too suffering from this issue. Support desk did not have a solution. I am throwing the router in the bin. Brian Green kermit.consulting@gmail.com

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Is Protection Engine enabled on the RS routers web page? Under Advanced Tab/Administration/Security. If so, disable this feature, apply the change and reboot the router.

- NTU: Huawei P125F Doesn't pull up as being a valid model# or brand for that model #. Is that the ISP modem or ONT? Be sure to verify the ISP Modem and model # using the sticker on the unit.
Has PE been disabled all this time? Or just disabled it?
Does the Front INTERNET LED turn AMBER when this happens?

PE was turned off on day 2. (Now about day 58)
LED Light is green.
And I can run a speed test via the NightHawk app successfully, (DL 938 UP 58) while all other devices are not able to connect.

Well I don't see a fully on router at the ONT, however it may have some routing abilities. There is a DMZ feature on this model I believe. Something you might ask the ISP about using for the RS router.
Powering OFF the RS router then back ON brings the rest of the devices into working and getting internet services?
What channels are you using on the RS?
Is Smart Connect enabled or disabled?
Is IPv6 enabled or disabled?
Are you using auto detected ISP DNS or custom DNS? Might give cloudfare or quad 9 DNS a try for IPv4.
