I tried once and this was my results.
All of devices connected by ethernet cable connected to Netgear router and had access to the internet. The 3 devices that connects using wifi would not connect to the wifi. I logged into the Netrgear router and the router said that internet was good. In viewing the settings for wifi everything look good to me. So I went back to use the Starlink router so that the 3 devices would have internet access. I am now having 2 networks using the Netgear router for my security devices and the Starlink router for wifi. I have other things I need to take care of and this was the reason for my delayed response. I will start to work on trying to solve the internet issue this week so that I may use the Netgear router as my only router. The Neatgear router gives me more control over my network than the Starlink router

Thank you for the update. Let us know how it goes.
You might try testing the RS wifi with wifi security temporarily disabled to see if any wifi devices get connected there. Then after testing that, try enabling WPA2 and AES only on the RS router. Then test connecting wifi devices. Then try Mixed Mode WPA2/WPA3 and test.
