This might be more of a troubleshooting community, but think good for others to be aware of the process and understand what is needed to get an RMA and that the process can take a bit of time. I'd also hope that NetGear would monitor the community and based on experiences like this maybe improve their process.

Let me know if you have any issues with the RMA from support I will take a look into it if they still are refusing the RMA.

Thanks. I completed my RMA and it is now showing pending. I have selected the option to have them send me the Router first and paid the additional charge as I hope it would go a bit faster using that option. I will check on it tomorrow to see if there is any change in the status.
