I finally got it working! I don't know much about network stuff, so I can't explain this very well. But what I ended up having to do is using netsh in a command window to assign "permission" to my SSID. That did it! I have no idea why I had to do that though. I'm just lucky that I remembered that issue from last time I had an issue.
I even took the internal card out thinkin it might be causing an issue!
Anyway, I bought a USB Wi-Fi stick (BrosTrend 6500). It is working well. I am getting speeds of around 61Mbps in my shop in the backyard. That's a whole lot better than my old setup.

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
