What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
What wifi devices do you have connected?
Does this happen over ethernet as well or just wifi?
Check to see on your router if Protection Engine is enabled or disabled?
Any other features like Armor, IPv6, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter are enabled?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

I have a Gofiber bridge (I got it from my ISP) but it is fine. when I switch to my old Cisco router this problem disappears and I can only see it using my Netgear RS300.
I connected via CAT6A LAN cable.
I have my smart TV and phone connected to it.
It happens on everything that is connected to the router no matter the network, LAN cable connection or wifi. It behaves the same for all of them.
i try both to disable and enable the protection engine but I get the same behavior.
I do not have Armor or IPv6 or any other feature.
I have made a factory reset when it was updated on version 1.0.1.60 but not since 1.0.1.74- FURRYe38Feb 24, 2025Guru - Experienced User
Might give one more factory reset and see. If not, I'd make contact with NG support about this.

The title for this thread could be misleading... the symptom previously discussed for this title was when VLAN is enabled, the WFi radios become off after the router reboots.
Cap1tan5, I would like to make sure I understand the issues you ran into,
* it happened on all devices (wired and WiFi) right?
* they didn't lose their internet connection, but packets got dropped frequently?
* what was the user experience? lagging in video streaming, gaming...?
* how did you tell that the router lost 3 packets fafter every 10 packets successfully transmitted?

yeah im sorry for the misleading title I have missed it.
- It happens on all my devices (WIFI and wired)
- it losing the internet connection while this is happens. - nothing work in this time of the 3 packages that are lost- the user experience is that it disconnect me from my servers that I'm working on, disconnected from everything that is connected to the internet and then come back in gaming, streaming and everything.
- I know that I'm losing the packegs by sending a ping command to 8.8.8.8 and I see the result. (please see the attached image to this)
