RS100 Email Logs
I've been practically all over the Advanced Tab and subsections and cannot find where to set this up. The Help section in the Logs subsection does state "Click Send Log to send the log file to your e...

Hello Dummy001 (no, you are absolutley not - far to many users never look into the online documentation)
Not a Nightawk RS router owner or user here. Have looked over the RS100 User Manual - and have not spotted any indications of this feature.
Looking a little bit further on "bigger" models User Manuals, like the
https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RS200/RS200_RS150_UM_EN.pdf , starting from p.65 one can find a this section:
===
Set up security event email notifications
The router can email you its logs of router activity. The log records router activity and security events such as attempts to access blocked sites or services. To set up email notifications:
...
ADVANCED>Security >E-mail. The E-mail page displays.===
The https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RS90/RS100-90-70_UM_EN.pdf does not show this feature, so best guess is: This feature is not available on the RS100,
Looks to me this section on the device online help does not completely removed for these "smaller" models for simplicity.
In case you are a "new" to the RS100, and you own the RS100 for less than three months - you are entitled for 90 days of complimentary technical support for the installation of your Nighthawk RS100 router, which begins from the date of purchase (== the product registration date) - contact Netgear Support via https://my.netgear.com/ and ask if this impression is correct.

Google A.I. has this to say about RST Scans:
Note that the IP address which appears numerous times (34.117.13.33) belongs to Google.
By default, Netgear routers do not accept connection attempts unless the user has deliberately Forwarded a port to a specific device on the local network.
Thus, these log entries may be the result of code running on the router which attempts to diagnose "attacks" and the code in the RS100 is almost certainly different than the code on the R6220. Perhaps it is a big over zealous?

There is for once no need to waste AI power on the obviously buggy and/or carelelessly implemented and misleading log entries on Netgear consumer router g****e for two decades now. These false positives log entries issue exists much longer.
No idea, why certain generations like the R62xx were not affected.
Looks to me some code is carlelessly simply copied, again, and again.
No idea, why these issues are re-appearing all the sudden on what are supposed to be new NTGR consumer routers.
For how many years Netgear customers are complaining about these nonsense faux false positives, triggered by simply surfing the Internet http and https pages, or accessing Google platfrom based services? NONE of these are effective attacks: Just effects of a broken router implementation!!!!
I'm buffed on how many problems exist on these RS routers - from the big and expensive RS700/RS700S down to the RS100. Not only on a useless fake security only, also on basics like masssive throughput limitations, e.g. on the uplink side of symmetrical 10 Gbps and 2.5 Gbps Internet connections. The later ones are not that obvious, because many of these RS router models come with GbE LAN only.
