try disabling ipv6. I've had issues with ipv6 where it'll work great for a few days and then go down. When its going down, devices "hesitate" or go slow for a while until they default to ipv4. then they work fine for a while and then go down again. I've had to either resort to disable ipv6 or using a different DNS server (using my own)

good luck. If the ipv6 doesn't work, try different DNS servers (both ipv4 and ipv6)

Hello! I worked out what the problem is. The smart switch setting that enables the router to automatically switch a device between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz was overactive. I suspect that the downtime was caused by devices switching. I turned it off, split the network into two different wifi networks, and now it's fine.
