RS300 LAN Port Not Responding

Sounds like something on the PC adapter isn't right maybe.
Might give an Intel chip set a try if you can find something.
What windows version are you using?
What's supper weird is that I was able to do a remote capture on the pi via ssh, which I guess is a separate path on the PC, Windows 11.
