Ok. NG is making tuning adjustments to the PE feature. Hopefully next FW update or an PE update will make it better so you can turn it back ON.

Well I believe turning of Protection Engine was it. I have used Wifi Sweetspots about 6-8 times for ~5-8 minutes each time on my iPhone and other than 1 time when I saw a drop from ~650 to ~100, it was pretty steady between 850 and 500. There was one odd instance when monitoring that it went to zero but some for some reason, the Wifi router itself rebooted?! Anyways, thanks.

The updated Proteciton Engine has been pushed to all routers in the field, it should fix the internet access issue.
If your Protection Engine version is still below 1.0.0.2112 or you still experienced initernet access issue with the new engine, please let me know. Thanks.
