RS500 hidden advanced setting enables MLO
Not sure why Netgear chose to hide the advanced wireless settings revealed through the F12 browser display link mod. I can confirm that only the MLO setting works in my RS500 router when toggled ON, ...

The Intel BE200 only support the eMLSR version of MLO. This means they can't use multiple frequencies at the same time, and only have the version of ML that can "sense" which one is open to swap to dynamically.

They connect at 5 and 6Ghz at the same time.

But the Intel BE200 can only transmit or receive through only one frequency and not capable of simultaneous data transfer through both frequencies as per eMLSR technology.

Where do you see this at?

That's the capability of the cards with MLO-eMLSR technology as per the Intel product brief linked in previous post. It can listen to 5 and 6 GHz channels but can transmit or receive data using only one optimal frequency unlike multi link multi radio MLO technology.

The product specifications explicitly state eLMSR instead of MLMR for the MLO variant supported.
The BE200 will see/report connections to multiple bands, but it will not see a speed upgrade.

No Intel wifi 7 cards currently support MLMR MLO.

Correct.
I even checked their BE211/BE213 that they had released the other month for their latest panther lake platform. Despite being "Wifi7 Wave 2" they still only support eMLSR....
