I returned the RS200 I bought to Amazon within days after purchasing when I couldn’t figure this issue out. It’s totally unacceptable. Verizon Fios is a huge ISP and very reliable. I bought the latest Google Nest product and it immediately got the full upload and download speeds that my Verizon Plan specifies.
