RS500 Upload speed test
I have an RS500 connected to Fiber modem. I have symmetrical 2G down and 2G up. Using the Netgear app, the Speedtest from the router shows 2G down no problem. My upload speed couldn’t get abo...
BINGO! I should have thought of that!
PC hardwired in did the trick.
Full speed in both directions
what modem is it connected to?
Do you have IPv6 enabled or disabled?
Have you tried a different speedtest site? Which are you using?
What are you device are you testing on?
Are you using parental controls/access controls? Try disabling and rebooting after disabled.
The modem is a fiber modem from my ISP. I don’t have access to that part.
The Speedtest is from the Netgear RS500 router itself. When you log into the RS500web interface, it has a built in speed test function. Also same using the Netgear app on the phone.
I don’t have any access control controls enabled or Armor.
