Sorry the desktop computer is not close enough to the RS500 to be connected with an Ethernet cable.
Assuming that "passkey" means the WiFi password, when the RS500 was installed did you change the WiFi credentials to exactly match the credentials for the system that is being replaced?
Can you check what the WiFi security setting is (page 71 of the User Manual)

There is a good chance that a seven your old computer cannot support WPA3 security.
