Is this PC wireless?
What is the brand and model# of the wifi adapter in the PC?
Be sure all wireless and ethernet adapter drivers are updated from the chipset Mfr.
What OS is on this desktop PC?
What FW is on the RS router?
What security modes are set on the router for the wireless network?

Spoke to customer service several times, and tried all the tricks to have my desk top connect to this router, using the passkey. The message I receive is "incorrect passkey." My computer is perhaps 7 years old. Any suggestions?
