if you have a hospital and helicopter nearby, the dfs channels will only create issues. Set your speeds from "up to 4800mbps" to "up to 2400mbps" and choose a non-dfs channels. It'll keep your network much more stable.

I do understand that the DFS channels will create issues, I just wish that aside from more detailed logging specific to the DFS events occurring to better understand which DFS channels may/may not be available and the frequency of occurrence, as this results in a temporary outage, that there should at least be an option to still allow my wifi Channels to remain on "Automatic" selection, but without DFS channels being included, rather than having the alternative be selecting a single specific channel that may work well for now, but then becomes congested in a few days or a week, and having to do this all over again (instead of just restarting the router and letting it choose the best one from all available non-DFS channels). Sigh.. it seems like that shouldn't be a very difficult "feature" to implement on such an expensive router...
I appreciate your input and will try this out.
