RS700 ethernet port issues

My isp, Comcast, provided me with an XB8-T modem.
The ethernet cable is from Orbram, RJ45 flat cable Cat 8.
1st device: Dell latitude 5501
Ethernet adapter: intel I219-LM ethernet 802.3
2nd device: custom built windows PC

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem. https://kb.netgear.com/25891/DMZ-on-NETGEAR-routers

3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the NG router to the modem, LAN to LAN configure AP mode on the NG router.

Try option #2 first...
Please change out the flat CAT8 cable for a thicker CAT6A STP cable between the ISP modem and the RS WAN port.
Ensure the ethernet adapter drivers are using most current driver from Intel.

Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

- My ISP modem has been set in bridge mode since purchase and I would not blame the cables either. I can verify that I am getting strong internet from them.
My ethernet drivers are up to date.
Is a factory reset your only suggestion?Yes. If after that the problem still happens, you'll need to contact NG support and open up a support ticket.
