RS700 WAN lease issue

Hello,

 

I've got an issue where by the WAN lease doesn't get renewed before expiry which then causes the Internet to be disconnected until restarting the RS700 (app & web login becomes unresponsive) 

 

Issue has only appeared since update to V1.0.9.6_2.0.100

 

ONT has been switched off at main too but issue still happens

    Thanks Intoxicating​ for reaching out, and thanks FURRYe38​ as always for tagging me here.

    The FW v1.0.9.6 addresses some DHCP issues reported from the field (duplicate assignments, unable to get IPv6 address from some ISPs...), not sure if it causes some side effects.

    Can you help collect some debug logs? I will PM you the instructions. Thank you.

    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? 
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
