RS700 Web Interface
I can access my Nighthawk gaming router via the Nighthawk app on my Android phone. I can view the IP address in the Nighthawk app, but when I ping the IP address on my computer there is no response...

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Can you log into 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1 with any browser? Try MS Edge or Firefox?
Be sure to clear out all browser caches before.
Happens with a different PC?

Thanks for your reply. Current firmware is 1.0.7.87. I use a Firewalla Gold that is connected to Verizon FiOS. I do have a good quality cable and have had no issues with the RS700 until I tried to connect via the web interface. I used the External IP address listed on the Internet Port page in the Nighthawk app.

Try the internal LAN side IP address.

I should mention that i use the RS700 in a bridge mode, so the external IP address is the LAN address. I don't see any other IP addresses listed in the Nighthawk app.

There maybe a beta available for those making contact with NG support for issues that can't be resolved here in the forums.
