Slow Upload Speeds…
After going through SSID issues, I have a working RS500 with amazing download speeds - BUT…. Upload speeds of 5 to 6 Mbps. My RS500 is connected directly to the ONT, a Verizon FIOS Alcatel I-211M...
Regarding the slow upload speed issue, especially when the RS router is connected to an ONT, we have a trial firmware build that may resolve the issue. It worked in our test.
If you would like to give it a try, please let me know your RS router model and I will PM you the firmware.
