Soundbar HW-QS730D Can't Connect to Samsung Freestyle via WiFi on RS500
Hey,
I recently picked up the Netgear Nighthawk RS500 and have been trying to reconfigure my setup with my Samsung Freestyle 2nd gen and QS730D soundbar. Originally, I was able to connect the soundbar to the Freestyle via WiFi using SmartThings without any issues. Now on the new router, despite being on the same 5ghz network, the soundbar isn't able to connect to the Freestyle via WiFi at all. And to clarify, both the soundbar and freestyle are able to successfully connect to the WiFi from the RS500. For reference, my old router is an Asus RT AC-3100.
To test if it was a problem with a soundbar, I ended up turning on the old router and the soundbar was able to successfully connect to Freestyle through WiFi again. I've factory reset the soundbar multiple times and have verified the soundbar and the Freestyle were on the same network. I'm wondering if there's a router setting that I need to configure that's preventing me from connecting the soundbar through WiFi.
Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

1. what modem/gateway is the router connected to?
2. what firmware are you on?
3. Are you using wpa3? Wpa2/wpa3 mixed mode? (for security)
4. who's your isp?
5. are you using ipv6? (xfinity has had issues with it)
