In the eight years I have participated in the Community Forum, only a small handful of posts have ever been by anyone indicating Netgear employment. and those were invariably in the form of, "I sent you a Personal Message" in regard to a strangely complicated issue with a new product. Unlike some vendors, Netgear's Community Forum is exactly that: a place for users to discuss. Netgear staff and engineers are all working on assigned tasks. If any of them happen to visit the Community Forum, it is on their own time.
