uPNP Port forwarding has Nat Loopback issues with DDNS
I have exactly the same issue with my RS500 that I just installed. Yesterday I spent hours with tech support trying to figure it out, but they only took in a lot of information but didn't solve the problem. If this was solved for RS600, I wonder if a similar solution is available for my router. Can I get the updated firmware patch, too?

How do I configure port forwarding manually? I am only familiar with UPnP setup from inside my NAS. When I go into port forwarding area in my router, there are limited options. Maybe I am looking in the wrong area?
Never mind, I looked it up and figured it out. I had to create custom services rather than use the available options. Everything is working now but they should fix this UPnP issue for their new routers (mine is RS500, exactly same issue!).
