Daisy Chaining switches GS305E/308E

Hi there, what are the do's and dont's, when daisy chaining the switches GS305E(P) and 308E(P) i.e. how many switches can be daisy chained (cascaded) and are there penelty's (malfunctions) when doing so? The four ethernet outlets of my router are fully used for switches and also my GS308E (near the router) is fully used.
