The Orbi web interface can be reached only from a computer connected to the LAN side of the Orbi.
Entering the URL into a web browser works because the Orbi router intercepts the DNS request for the IP address of orbilogin.com and returns the IP address of the Orbi router itself.
With the Orbi connected to the Ziggo router, it is not obvious what IP subnet (LAN) the Orbi will create.
Typically, a computer connected to the Orbi router would report the Gateway IP address it receives from a DHCP request and the Gateway would be the IP address of the Orbi router.
Generally, having "two routers" is not a recommended configuration. Placing the Orbi into Access Point (AP) mode is one of the common solutions.

Hello CrimpOn,
thank you for your help. I've tried to do that, but I'm stuck in a loop. When I trie to log in on orbilogin.com I have to reset my password and answer 2 questions. After I've done that I first get to see that my password succefully has been reset. And when I try to log in after that I get to see that my device is disabled.

And it gets more complicated: We had an Ziggo router with an wifi name. Then we connected the Orbi. After that we got a new router from Ziggo. With help from Chatgpt I discovered that Ziggo gave us a new wifi name. But we are still connecting with the old wifiname and Orbi uses that same wifi network name. When I shut of Orbi and Ziggo and I start Ziggo first, only the new wifiname is visible and not the old name. That name is only visible when I start the Orbi.
Chatgpt now tells me to shut of the new wifiname from Ziggo and advices me just like you to put the Orbi in Access point. But I can't do that because I,m getting stuck in that loop I mentioned in my other post, while I'm trying to log in. And in the Orbi app there is no possibility to put the orbi in AP. Should I install Orbi again from scratch? And will my old camsystem wich IP adress starts with 212 still be working when I do that?
