RN31400 Powers off within seconds off pluggin it in.

Hi,

I seem to be having the exact same issue as was described here:

However, my NAS is 4 years old now. 

My setup: 4x 8TB WD red.

There is no backup...(o...curse me for not doing this!)

I replaced power supply...since it was my first guess....but it did not the issue.

Then I tried pressing reset while power-upp (plug in mains power after power off for like half a minute.)

Now I am out of options and really afraid all my photo's, vids of memories of last 20 years are lost (kids growing up...)

What are my option here?

1) Can I buy a new NAS and just plug in the drives in exact order (as suggested here: https://kb.netgear.com/22895/ReadyNAS-OS-6-Migrating-a-volume)

- should it be the same brand? Or can I use Synology as well? (4 years for a NAS is not great and I did had trouble with configurations)

2) Do I need to pay a company that can do the data-recovery? (32TB ...that would be expensive...for just hardware failure).

Do I need to replace voltage regulators as was suggested  in the other thread?
