What does the handshake symbol means in that appears over my RN202 in the Home view of readycloud web portal?   My RN104 does not have this symbol and both unit is on the same lan and tied to the s...

Actully not becuse now the unit will not even connect to readycloud anymore.

 

I'm 100% possitive I use the right login/password to my MyNetgear account, and have mailed to readycloud@netgear.com over a week ago without answare.
