It would be better if they create a SSO account first at my.netgear.com and then do the invite. This way, they will just have to login and accept the invitation.
Yes 16TB drives can be used on the RN516, Tested drives were the Seagate Ironwolf models but any NAS purposed drives that are 16TB in capacity can be used and should work with the NAS.
