Actually The DNS is already 8.8.8.8 and the Firewall was off during the process yet the error still occured.
It was working before we did an update on Microsoft NetFramework.
We solved the problem by restoring back in time to the older version of Net Framework.
So the conflict is with the newer version of NET Framework.
Thanks for the support and hope NETGREAR Cloud works out this problem.

The error means the client can not download new installer from readycloud server,ReadyCLOUD engineering added new error handling in ReadyCLOUD client for this issue and they will release new version in the near feature.
can you please do something on your Windows computer to see if it can fix the issue?
***change DNS to 8.8.8.8 on your Windows computer
***disable firewall
