Microsoft one Drive - Redirecting

In Firmware6.9.4 , when i redirect backup on onedrive cloud , it gave message Redirecting Please Wait....................

 

nothing to be happend. i check in all browser i.e,mozailla,edge,chrome........

but issue is on same.

 

  Please guide

    Hi vsharma

     

    Have you tried setting the DNS server of the NAS to google (8.8.8.8) and your router address? Also, try rebooting your NAS and clearing your web browser cache.
