Minidlna Playlists picks wrong song if track name duplicated - sometime!

Has anyone else had a problem with Minidlna and playlists? My playlists are mainly by artist and the playlist source (.m3u) is fine, but once the playlist is put on the NAS it sometimes changes the tracks if there are multiple tracks with the same name.

For example I have a playlist for the O'Jays that has a track called 'Stand Up'  - the .m3u shows this fine. When I play back the play list, it plays 'Stand Up' by Al Green. So something appears to go wrong when minidlna imports the playlist into its database.

Is this a known issue?
