People received their invitations.... what do they type at ReadyCloud Credentials ?

Users received their email invites and are creating their Netgear accounts   WHAT is wanted for the ReadyCloud credentials??   I am the administrator and I find no instructions about this.  The users tried the email/password that I created for them in ReadyCloud, but no luck.  What on earth do you want from them in these fields??

    Hi cjborntorun,

    Welcome to the Community!

ReadyCLOUD uses the myNETGEAR Single sign-on for the credentials. Your users need to use the credentials that they have created during invitation so they can login to ReadyCLOUD. The credentials that you have created for the users on the ReadyNAS admin page is for the local access only. You may check page 141 to 143 of the software manual for more information.

    Regards,

Actually, the answer was to choose 'non-binding'.   Sorry, but the binding / non-binding thing is NOT in your manual.
