downloading documents from readycloud
Since the last firmware update to 6.5.1 any .pdf, .doc, or .xls file I try to download remotely (pc, or mobile) is a corrupt file with a file size of 1k. I kept thinking Netgear would figure this ou...
I had exactly this problem, which by trial and error I narrowed down to how downloads were processed by my browser, in my case I was using the download manager of Avant browser, once I disabled it downloads were perfect, or you could try a few browsers to see if they work.
Bedlam, I tried a few differnt browsers and had no luck there.
Thank you all for the replies. Based on this feedback, I have tried downloading files using Chrome, Firefox, and I.E.. I have dug into the settings of each to try to find a security setting that might be causing this. I also tried the email link method with each, and still no luck. 1k corrupt files every time. I don't understand what the purpose of Readycloud is without this ability. It's absolutely astounding that Netgear could be so incompetent.

In this way, everybody would be aware of any solution and I think that it could also be useful to understand the amount of people affected by it.
