That is about as simple as we can make it. But it does require use of ssh. We can give you the commands needed to copy the files from a NAS share to the correct folder.

I've downloaded the files and put them at my NAS backup/
I have allso started the putty but i get this after entering my hostname ToddeNAS

Did you remember to enable ssh as I said in post 9:
You will also need to go into system->settings->services and enable ssh. Check the "enable password authentication" checkbox. There is no need to upload a key.
