That is about as simple as we can make it. But it does require use of ssh. We can give you the commands needed to copy the files from a NAS share to the correct folder.
This is can do (later on today), but one question before i begin.
Does this operation restore my NAS settings or change them at all?

Did you remember to enable ssh as I said in post 9:
You will also need to go into system->settings->services and enable ssh. Check the "enable password authentication" checkbox. There is no need to upload a key.
Yes i've turned on SHH in my NAS settings. Should be on somewhere else like Windows as well?
