See Post 37 on this thread:
That is about as simple as we can make it. But it does require use of ssh. We can give you the commands needed to copy the files from a NAS share to the correct folder.

The thing is that i'm very bad at this he writes about and i really dont know where to start.
Is it much to do? Is it to much to ask for a guide? 🙂 I feel i must at least try when i got my hand on a person like you. 🙂
A step-by-step depends on where you put the two files in his download. You want to put them in one of your NAS shares temporarily. Can you give us a share name where you can put them?

How sad that they have ended selling NASes.
As you can see now i'm not even with you when you say this about shares, 🙂
Is it a folder or something on my NAS?

Yes, that is the list of your shares. How does the title of that page translate into English? (I see "Shares" as the title on my page).
You need to begin by download the two files in post 37 of the discussion thread I linked to:
Then you need to copy them into one of those shares. I suggest using Backup.
You will also need to go into system->settings->services and enable ssh. Check the "enable password authentication" checkbox. There is no need to upload a key.
Do you use a Windows PC? If not, do you have a Mac? It'd be helpful to know that before giving you the other instructions.
