Ready NAS 314 - RN31400

Firmware 6.6.0

I am trying to add and connect a remote ReadyCloud User.   When they try to login they get the message, "Currently you have no registered or shared devices."

I have tried turning ReadyCloud off then on again to no avaiable.

I was going to delete them as a user, but after clicking the checkbox beside their name in MANAGE, then DELETE, they don't go away as a user.

Any ideas what to try next?

    Hello Davelfs,

Does this user already have files stored to his/her home share? If so, deleting the user will also delete the home share and files stored in it.

About being unable to delete the user, have you tried clearing the browser cache and trying on another web browser?

    Welcome to the community!

    Regards,
