ReadyCLOUD App - Backup PC Folder does not find folders to select
Attempting to add backup PC Folder to anyone of my 3 NAS units, and the Browse for Folder only shows the Desktop and one folder.
Why cannot I see more folders on my PC?
If I add a folder under Desktop it sees it fine. So why not the rest of the hard drives and folders?

I used to see something more like this, now I only see the Desktop

And welcome to the NETGEAR Community! 🙂Please keep the App up-to-date or re-install the app. Try to remove and add the device again. Also please check if device is online and service is available.
Note : NETGEAR will be terminating ReadyCLOUD service by April 1st, 2023. ReadyCLOUD mobile app, desktop application, and ReadyCLOUD web portal readycloud.netgear.com will all be terminated by April 4th,
2023. After that date, you can continue to access locally your
ReadyNAS, or access locally the USB drive connected to the routers, but
remote access won’t be available.
