Does it run 4.2.x firmware? Or have you converted it to run OS-6?
Also who is your internet service provider (ISP)? Some use a technology called Carrier Grade NAT, which can get in the way of some solutions.
Does anyone have any recommendations for ReadyCloud-Like free software that I can download/install that will allow me to see my data files remotely?
Personally I have a Netgear Router (Orbi) that has an OpenVPN server feature. That gives me full remote access to my home network.
StephenB, I am sorry I did not reply sooner. My ReadyNAS is running OS 6.10.9. I was running 6.10.10 but I had read bad reviews about that version. My ISP is ATT Fiber. I hope this gives you a bit more information. Please let me know if you need additional information
