ReadyCloud Still down?

Obviously it is still not fixed, can't use the desktop app or the web portal, everything from don't see any volumes to just sitting there connecting for the last 3 hours. If tyhis nonsense continues i'm going to have to go back to Synology, never had such issues with them.

    Hi aleutian,

    The services are back up. Another user who though there was still an outage, found his problems were resolved after he updated to 6.4.1. Have you updated to 6.4.1 yet?

    You can update to 6.4.1 via the local admin UI at http://ip.address.of.nas (one way to access this web page is to click setup in RAIDar)

      it seems that this problem still exists i  have the same issue (6.4.1 indeed installed)
