ReadyCloud Still down?
Obviously it is still not fixed, can't use the desktop app or the web portal, everything from don't see any volumes to just sitting there connecting for the last 3 hours. If tyhis nonsense continues ...

Hi Jennc,
here is the screenshot, but there is no error in the GUI, only status Connecting... which last forever.
I have already explained in details eventlogs and dump files which are related to this problem, which occurs briefly after starting the client, assuming after client successfully login-in to readycloud and try to connect to NAS. I can still connect to NAS via readycloud web UI without any problems.
Thanks,
Srđan

Hi msnas,
Could you confirm if the leaf adapter IP address is 169.x.x.x? We would also like to know if you have another WIN PC running in an older OS that you could test to access your files through ReadyCLOUD desktop app. Lastly, raising this issue to our support team and getting a support ticket is your next move.
Kind regards,
BrianL

Hi BrianL,
I must admit actually problem was due to my Windows 10, because. I had a problem with instalation of network adapters (Leaf Networks for ReadyCloud and TorGuard Virtual adapter). In the meanwhile I have updated Windows 10 to the latest version 1511 (with all the updates) which have solved my problems ith network adapters and ReadyCloud client.
Thanks,
Srđan
