ReadyNAS 102 - download Files over ReadyCLOUD does not work
Hi, I have a problem uploading/downloading Files from/to my ReadyNas 102 over Webaccess (ReadyCLOUD). Today in the morning it worked (uploaded 4 Files / downloaded 2 Files). Now I tried it again...

Firmware: v6.1.8
I too have the same problem as above. I can "see" the files but I cannot download or upload through ReadyCloud. It's been 2 hours now. I tried different browsers and computers from different external IPs and still, it's the same.
Usually, we get a "save file" or "open file" prompt immediately after clicking "download" but now it will just pause and stop like nothing happened.
it seems that one of the servers is not responding. My browsers would point to readycloud-io-ncal.netgear.com but then would stop proceeding.
I contacted support already and they said that there are no notifications regarding ReadyCloud server downtime.
Can anyone help?
