Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the iOS app and check if you will still have the same issue?

Hi John,

 

I did delete and re-install twice and still no luck. I'm seeing others who are on iOS 11 are posting similar issues so I'm wondering if the ReadyCloud app doesn't play well with iOS 11.

    I am having the same trouble.  Netgear, when will this be fixed?  I think that it may relate to the new HEIC file format.

      Same issue here. Reainstalled the app twice now and there are zero uploads going on. 

      NETGEAR...pls give us all a response.....
