ReadyNAS online (VPN Disconnected)

Hi need your help I have recently installed readycloud pc app and trying to connect, the status shows NAS connected (online but VPN disconnected) How to go about

I will try to disable the antivirus and check.
I like windows 8 because it does not keep updating frequently against our wish as in windows 10.
Do you suggest windows 10 will work better with readynas

I don't work for Netgear, but I doubt that they spend much time testing ReadyCloud on Windows 8 PCs.

Disabled antivirus still not working.

I am able to use it via the android app.
