Best way tomonitor your nas
Hey all!
I have been using Pulseway (ex. PC Monitor) for a few years now for having health status of all my PCs.
After finally pulling the trigger and upgrading my good old ReadyNas Duo to RN312 I was pleased to find that I could use the debian version of the agent and monitor the NAS as well. You can get all usefull stats like the cpu and memory, external IP address and lota of other stuff. You can even execute terminal coomands without turning on SSH. And installation is as simple as uploadin the deb file from the ReadyNas interface and then editing the config file for the login and password.
Works like a charm, highly recomemnded.

I use Pulseway for windows machines too.
So I tried installled it on my Readynas Pro 4 running under OS6 6.3.5, it's working indeed !
If you don't want to push the.deb into the readynas via the web interface, you can do everything by ssh too :

Anyway, nice catch ChiffaNe.
NAS Monitor + istat is still better, but pulseway is a good option.
