Cannot install "Contacts and Calendars Server" by "ReadyNAS Guru"

So, I've got a problem that Netgear support, after jerking me around for two months, has told me that they won't help me with since they don't own it.  So I'll try this and PRAY that someone can help me in the community.

 

When I go to install the app, I get this error:

 

"Cannot install application Contacts and Calendars Server."

 

But when I look on the "Installed Apps" page, it's there listed as being installed.

 

When I click on the link I get an error page that reads as follows:

 

exception 'Exception' with message 'Fatal error: no connection to a database is available.' in /apps/baikal/web/Core/Frameworks/Baikal/Core/Tools.php:66
Stack trace:
#0 /apps/baikal/web/Core/Frameworks/Baikal/Framework.php(81): Baikal\Core\Tools::assertBaikalIsOk()

Anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

Firmware 6.6.0 (no updates available)

    Hello WildfireTech,

     

    It must be installed since you are able to try to launch the app and get the error. The problem is this app is not compatible with firmware version 6.6.0. I tested this and did get the same problem, I also tried BETA firmware version 6.6.1 and it seems to work. You might to try using the BETA firmware version if you want to use this app without waiting for the official release.

    • I tried again, today, to install the CalDav application after the FW6.6.1 update and got the following error:

       

      "Cannot install application Contacts and Calendars Server."

       

      Oddly, when I go to the "installed apps" page it is there.

       

      When I click on CONFIGURE, I get the following:

        Which services are you running?

         

        Which apps do you have installed?

         

        Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
